Justin Madison has a diverse work experience in various leadership positions. justin started their career as the VP/GM Engineering at Yahoo! in 1999, where they managed a global team and delivered video products and services. From 2008 to 2011, they worked at Citrix Online as the VP Engineering and Customer Operations, overseeing 625 people and responsibilities including development/engineering and web clients. justin then moved to Skype, serving as the VP Client & BU Engineering from 2011 to 2012. Following that, they joined Microsoft as the General Manager for the Skype Division, leading a team of over 500 professionals and overseeing various areas such as cloud services and media streaming. Currently, they are the CEO of illusense, a position they have held since December 2018.

Justin Madison completed their Bachelor's degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from Southern Methodist University from 1982 to 1987. justin later pursued an MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University from 2002 to 2003.
