Carol Flynn

Carol Flynn is an accomplished marketing and creative professional with extensive experience in both leadership and hands-on roles. Currently serving as the Marketing Director at Darik Enterprises Inc. since 2013, Carol has developed and implemented comprehensive marketing plans and created various informational and training materials. As a Realtor at Illustrated Properties Real Estate since 2016, Carol combines creative insight with strong negotiation and communication skills while serving a diverse client base. Previously, as EVP and Creative Director at Carrafiello Diehl & Associates from 2004 to 2011, Carol led the creative department through significant transformations, expanding the agency's capabilities. Additionally, from 1985 to 1998, Carol held the position of VP, Group Creative Director at NW Ayer, where Carol managed and mentored multiple creative teams in a collaborative environment. Carol Flynn holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.
