Barbara Mazzon

Barbara Mazzon has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as a Technical Project Manager in the Research and Development department at illy caffè S.p.A. since May 2007. In this role, Barbara leads projects, including a joint venture with The Coca Cola Company, focusing on the development of ready-to-drink products, coffee products, and coffee derivatives. Additionally, Barbara coordinates activities and resources across the Sensory Lab, Technology Lab, and Food Science Lab. Prior to this position, Barbara held roles as Quality Assurance and Research and Development Manager at Malgara Chiari & Forti from 2000 to 2007 and as Quality Assurance Manager at Fini from 2004 to 2006. Barbara holds a degree from Università degli Studi di Udine, obtained between 1989 and 1997.
