Heidi Rasmussen

Heidi Rasmussen has had a long and successful career in the coffee industry, starting as a Cookie Shop Manager at The Bon Marche. Heidi then moved on to Starbucks Coffee Company where Heidi worked as a Barista/Sales Clerk and Trainer. After that, Heidi joined Visions Espresso Service as a Service Manager and Training Specialist. Currently, Heidi is with illy caffe North America as the Senior Manager of Education and Quality Assurance, with experience in managing in-house and field repair of commercial espresso equipment.
