Jon Fassam

Jon Fassam currently serves as Head of National Accounts (HORECA) at illycaffè since January 2024. Previously, Jon held the position of National Account Manager at Nestlé Professional from September 2018 to January 2024, where responsibilities included managing national accounts across various channels and leading the execution of the Selecta partnership. Prior experience includes roles as National Account Manager EMEA at Starbucks, handling significant accounts and account planning, and Regional Account Manager focusing on key accounts. Jon's earlier roles involved national account management at UCC Coffee UK & Ireland, operations management at Host Contract Management, and catering management at CH&Co Group. Jon completed a Bachelor of Science in hotel and catering management at the University of Surrey between 1998 and 2002.
