Jaana Pakka

Jaana Pakka is a seasoned professional in human resource development and occupational psychology, currently serving as the Development Manager for Work Ability Management at Ilmarinen since January 2011. With prior experience as a self-employed HRD consultant at Koko Ihminen ok and as HRD Manager at Walki Group Oy, Jaana has a strong background in training, facilitation, and consultancy across various organizations, focusing on occupational health, leadership, and employee well-being. Earlier roles include HRD Specialist and Trainer at UPM and teaching positions at the American International School of Luxembourg and in Kotka. Jaana holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology and a Diploma in Psychology from the University of Nottingham, along with a Master of Education from the University of Jyväskylä.
