Niina Arkko

Niina Arkko, CFA, currently serves as a Senior Responsible Investment Specialist at Ilmarinen, where responsibilities include implementing an active ownership strategy, supporting portfolio managers in integrating ESG dimensions into investment decisions, and developing responsible investment policies. Prior to this role, Niina worked at Fourton Fund Management as a Responsible Investment Specialist and Portfolio Manager, co-managing the Fourton Tempo fund and analyzing multiple funds. Earlier experience includes serving as an Equity Research Analyst focused on small and mid-cap equities in Switzerland, Austria, and Germany, as well as a Back Office Employee responsible for fund operations. Niina began the career at Deutsche Bank as a Marketing Coordinator, managing investor meetings and office tasks. Niina holds a Master of Science in Economics from Jyväskylä University School of Business and Economics.
