Adrian Martella is an accomplished IndyCar Hybrid Support Engineer at Ilmor Engineering, Inc. since April 2023, previously serving as a Calibration Engineer - Associate at Volvo Group from July 2022 to April 2023. Adrian has extensive experience in the motorsports industry, including a role as a Technician at Skip Barber Racing School in June 2021, where maintenance of Mustang GT race cars was conducted and two corporate events were supported. Additionally, Adrian contributed as a Crew Member for Tony Stewart's Superstar Racing Experience in June 2021. Earlier experience includes an internship at Honda R&D Americas, LLC focusing on interior design projects and a service technician role at HERSON'S, INC. responsible for routine maintenance on Honda vehicles. Adrian holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, completed in 2022.
