Aranya Kandasamy has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They started their career as a Tim Hortons Store Manager in 2012, where they were responsible for leading and training a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. In 2016, they worked as a Keyholder at Bath & Body Works before transitioning to a Legal Assistant role at the Law office of Vanee Senthooran. In this position, Aranya organized case files, scheduled depositions, and communicated case progress to clients.
From 2017 to 2022, Aranya worked at Fleet Complete as a Customer Success Manager. They played a key role in the company's growth as a global provider of connected commercial vehicle solutions. Aranya's responsibilities included understanding customer needs, providing comprehensive telematics solutions, and utilizing IoT and smart analytics technologies to monitor fleets and assets in real-time.
Currently, Aranya is employed as a Customer Success Manager at iLobby® Visitor Management, where they ensure customer satisfaction and success.
Aranya Kandasamy pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from 2013 to 2017 at York University. In 2018, they enrolled at Seneca College, where they specialized in Legal Assistant/Paralegal studies until 2020.
