Nichola Spencer has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Nichola is currently the Director of Operations at iLovetobe, a position they have held since July 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Programme Manager & Executive Assistant to the Founders at iLovetobe from April 2019 to July 2022.

Before joining iLovetobe, Nichola worked at EARN Studios as a Business Operations Specialist from January 2019 onwards. Nichola also held the role of Business Operations from August 2013 to December 2018, where they contributed to the success of the marketing consultancy through strategic thinking and creative ideas.

In addition, Nichola worked at Arc Worldwide as a Staffing Manager from October 2012 to July 2013. Nichola was responsible for managing brand ambassadors and ensuring the efficiency of experiential campaigns.

Prior to that, Nichola gained valuable experience at London 2012 as an Event Services Staffing Manager from September 2011 to September 2012. In this role, they managed staff for the Olympic and Paralympic Games and ensured the highest quality of Event Services.

Nichola also worked as a Campaign Project Manager at ALTER AGENCY from April 2011 to July 2011, where they successfully delivered client projects for Bacardi and Puma.

Finally, Nichola's early career included various roles at Red Bull from 1998 to 2010. Nichola held positions such as Building/Venue Manager, Relocation Project Manager, Event Experience Manager, and Brand Assistant/Manager. During their time at Red Bull, they managed event projects, ticketing processes, branding, and budgets, delivering successful and enjoyable experiences for spectators.

Nichola Spencer attended Basildon College from 1992 to 1994, where they pursued A Levels in Law, Accountancy, and Mathematics. Following this, from 1994 to 1997, they enrolled at the University of Sussex, majoring in Law with English & American Studies. During their time there, their field of study included Criminal Law, Land Law, European Law, as well as English & American History.
