Karen T. Libourel CPIM, CIRM, CSCP has a strong background in supply chain management, with significant experience in various leadership positions. Karen T. currently works as the Director of Corporate Supply Chain at ILSCO Corporation, where they are responsible for driving best practices in S&OP, Master Scheduling, Production Planning, Purchasing, Warehousing, and Transportation. Karen has also worked at General Cable as a Supply Chain Manager from 2004 to 2008. In this role, they managed the production planning, purchasing, and inventory & distribution functions of a $384 million business unit.

Karen T. started their career in 1988 at Emerson Automation Solutions as a Materials Manager. Karen T. led the master scheduling, purchasing, and inventory planning department across four manufacturing facilities.

Throughout their career, Karen has consistently achieved impressive results, including improving customer service, reducing inventory, and implementing Sales and Operations Planning processes.

Karen T. Libourel CPIM, CIRM, CSCP has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Kentucky. Karen T. also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northern Kentucky University. In addition, they have obtained certifications in CIRM, CPIM, CSCP, and Greenbelt Six Sigma.
