Feng Ren

Feng Ren is a highly experienced Senior Geotechnical Engineer currently working at Iluka Resources since July 2023, with previous roles at Coffey, Golder, Local Geotechnics, CSW Consulting Engineers, Shanghai Tongyan Civil Engineering Technology Corp., and Hanjia Design Group of China. A PhD graduate in Civil Engineering with a focus on Geotechnical Engineering and Rock Mechanics from The University of Western Australia, Feng Ren has expertise in slope stability assessment, tailing storage facility design, foundation design, geotechnical investigations, and numerical modeling. Contributions to various mining and civil engineering projects span both Australia and international locations, demonstrating a strong proficiency in ground support design, site investigation, and client communication.
