Franco Bocci

Franco Bocci is currently the Member of the Board at ILVA Porcellanato, where Franco leads the group's expansion into new businesses across various sectors. As the CEO, Franco has developed a team to implement organizational changes to create value using fewer resources. In their role as Change Management Lead, Franco identified growth opportunities by analyzing business performance and implementing strategies for improvement. Prior to ILVA Porcellanato, Franco worked at A.T. Kearney as a Manager, where Franco oversaw client projects and led consulting teams. Franco also held positions at Efficio and Miebach Consulting Group. Franco holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad de San Andrés.
