Justin Ragsdale

Justin Ragsdale has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Justin started their career in the Army National Guard as a Combat Infantry from 2011 to 2016. In 2015, they worked as a Legislative Aide for the Florida House of Representatives and also served as a Marketing Specialist at Shoplet, achieving ARR $100M during their tenure. Justin then joined Cue Connect as a Business Development professional, where they focused on leveraging digital behavior data for better eCommerce merchandising. Justin later joined dotdigital as a Senior Account Executive before moving to Bloomreach as an Enterprise Account Executive. At Bloomreach, they contributed to its acquisition of Exponea for $150M. Justin also worked as an Advisor at Relay Cloud, a SaaS startup funded by Imagination Media that was successfully acquired by High Alpha. Most recently, they held the position of Vice President of Business Development & Corporate Strategy at IM Digital, overseeing the company's growth in clients and staff.

Justin Ragsdale has a background in International Relations and Affairs from the Virginia Military Institute. Justin also holds a Private Pilot Certificate from Flight Ready Aviation, LLC in the field of Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology. Justin completed their high school education at Lake Nona High School. Additionally, they obtained a Klaviyo Product Certification from Klaviyo in October 2021.
