Keith Hopewell is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in managing large teams and overseeing service operations across multiple countries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at iM Med since November 2022, Keith has previously held key positions such as Director of Operations UK and Europe at Monika and Senior Director, Service EMEA at Cantel Medical, where responsibilities included managing substantial budgets, developing service strategies, and improving customer satisfaction. With foundational experience as an Owner at Langwells Ltd and in various engineering and managerial roles at other companies, Keith has demonstrated expertise in operational efficiency, team development, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Educational qualifications include a BTEC HND in General Engineering and a Certificate in Social Sciences from The Open University.
