Currently serving as E-Motors Sales Director at IMA AUTOMATION since October 2024, Paolo previously held various leadership positions at IMA AUTOMATION ATOP, including Technical Sales Director, Sales Manager for Asia Pacific, and Sales Director for special machinery in electric motor production, focusing on solutions for the automotive industry. Prior to their tenure at IMA, Paolo was Sales Director at Axis Spa, where responsibilities encompassed motor winding manufacturing equipment for multiple global markets. Earlier career contributions included significant project management roles at Black & Decker, overseeing operations in China and Singapore.
