Eric Pauly

Eric Pauly is the General Counsel for the IMA Financial Group. In this position he oversees IMA’s legal department, focusing on corporate, securities and intellectual property law.

Eric graduated from Colorado State University with a Business Administration degree with concentrations in computer information systems and finance, he was a three-time academic All American and two-year captain of the CSU football team. He attended Washburn University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude, and then obtained his Masters of Law in Tax from New York University, where he was the graduate editor for the NYU Tax Law Review. Eric is a Board member for Rise Up for Youth in Wichita and active with the United Way of the Plains.
