Paola Bianchi

Paola Bianchi currently serves as Chief Marketing & Commercial Officer at IMA Italia Assistance, a role held since August 2021, where responsibility includes overseeing marketing and commercial strategies for a global leader in assistance services. Prior to this, Paola was the Chief Executive Officer at Guesthero from October 2019 to July 2021, leading an innovative proptech company specializing in short and medium-term rentals. Previous experience includes serving as Sales Director for the European Market at Scope Technology and holding various executive roles at Europ Assistance, where responsibilities encompassed P&L management, international team oversight, and business line strategy. Earlier career roles included Senior Brand Manager at Paglieri Sell System and Account Executive at Gruppo Pozzoni, along with account management at Olivetti. Paola Bianchi holds a Master's degree in Economics from Università Bocconi and completed an Executive Programme in General Management at HEC Paris in 2014.
