Jennifer Urbaniak Martin

Jennifer Urbaniak Martin has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry and wellness programs. Jennifer is currently working as the Vice President of Patient Services at IMA Medical Group, a position they have held since April 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Patient Services at IMA Medical Group from August 2020 to April 2022.

Before joining IMA Medical Group, Jennifer worked as the Director of Health Services at US Preventive Medicine (USPM) from September 2016 to August 2020. Jennifer also held various roles at YMCA of Florida's First Coast, including Vice President of Healthy Living Innovations, Executive Director of Healthy Living, Director of Corporate Wellness, and Director of Education, Training, and Recruitment.

Jennifer's earlier experience includes working as a Nurse Educator-Women's Resources and Registered Nurse at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville from December 2012 to October 2014, as well as a Health Educator at the University of Maryland Baltimore County from August 2004 to March 2005.

Jennifer began their career as a Health Service Coordinator at Life Line Screening and later served as the Assistant Director at Huntersville Family Fitness and Aquatics.

Throughout their career, Jennifer Urbaniak Martin has held various leadership and management positions, focusing on patient services, health education, wellness programs, and corporate wellness initiatives.

Jennifer Urbaniak Martin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Chamberlain College of Nursing-Jacksonville Campus from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Masters in Education in Health Education/Corporate Wellness from East Carolina University between 1998 and 2000. Jennifer's education history also includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training/Trainer from Appalachian State University, which they completed from 1993 to 1997. Additionally, they hold a Florida State License-Registered Nurse certification from the Florida Department of Health.
