Richard Winters

Richard Winters has over 20 years of work experience, starting in the restaurant industry and transitioning to roles in human resources. Richard'smost recent position is as the Director, Human Resource Business Partner at IMA Medical Group, where they advise and coaches managers on employee relations issues, provides policy guidance and interpretation, and manages company benefits and wellness initiatives. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Human Resources at Skybridge Americas Inc. and as VP/Senior Director of Human Resources at New Season. In these roles, they developed strategic HR plans, ensured legal compliance, and provided guidance to executive and management staff. Earlier in their career, they held various human resources positions at BioTissue, Wellpath, and Medical Staffing Network, where they had responsibilities such as employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, HR policy administration, and maintaining HR databases. Richard's career began in the restaurant industry, with experience at Burger King, Dave and Busters, Atlanta Bread Company, and Crepemaker, where they managed daily operations, employee management, inventory control, and vendor management.

Richard Winters holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Florida International University - College of Business, obtained from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from the same institution, completed from 2007 to 2011.
