Charles Mays

Charles Mays has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Charles is currently serving as the Chief Strategy Officer at Image Manufacturing Group, where they focus on enhancing productivity and assessing leadership teams. Prior to that, they were a Business Owner at Prime Consulting Firm, specializing in strategic planning, leadership development, and organizational transformation.

Before that, Charles worked at Uni-Structures, Inc, where they held multiple roles including Chief Strategy Officer and Design Manager. Charles implemented new design tools and standards to improve efficiency and accuracy and successfully resolved design challenges.

Charles also has experience as a Business Owner at Advanced Flooring Services, where they grew the business significantly over several years. At the beginning of their career, they worked as a Mechanical Designer/Small Team Lead at Telgian Inc., where they performed drawing and detailing tasks and collaborated with engineers and architects.

Charles Mays attended Southern Polytechnic State University, where they studied Architecture. Charles also attended Chattahoochee Technical College, where they obtained a degree in Computer Information Systems with a focus on Web Page, Digital/Multimedia, and Information Resources Design. Charles has additional certifications, including LSSGBC from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) in 2023, Culture Index Workshop from Culture Index in 2018, and CSWP - Certified SolidWorks Professional from SolidWorks in 2016.
