Jessica Young is a Technical Analyst at Image Matters LLC since January 2018, where responsibilities include troubleshooting software issues and developing extensive client materials through a comprehensive interviewing process. Previously, as a Data Analyst Intern, Jessica analyzed a company database model, ensured data integrity, produced graphic icons for the eXperienceReality mobile application, and curated training videos to enhance client experiences. Jessica also has experience as a Multi-Channel Sales Associate at Best Buy, focusing on mobile sales, customer service, and fostering long-term relationships with clients. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Informatics from Indiana University Bloomington and graduated with an Honor's Diploma from New Palestine High School.
