Matthew Turner

Matthew Turner is currently the Chief Operating Officer at ImageQuest LLC since July 2023. Prior to this role, Matthew served as the Chief Operating Officer at ENA from December 2010 to July 2023. Before their time at ENA, Matthew held various leadership roles at Railinc and IBM, where Matthew managed hardware and software spending, contracts, client deliverables, and outsourcing delivery for IBM's largest customers. Matthew received their education from Georgia State University and The University of Georgia.
