C. Wayne Hance Jr. PE has worked in various roles since 1981. C. Wayne began their career as a Structural Design Engineer for CRS/Sirrine (now Jacobs Engineering) in 1981, specializing in heavy foundations with emphasis on finite element analysis and computer modeling in the Pulp and Paper Industry. In 1983, they became Corporate Vice President at Colite Industries. In 2002, they became Partner at Homes By Design and in 2003, Partner at Canal Place LLC. In 2005, they became Owner/President at Forcejammer, LLC, providing Structural and Project Management Services. Since July 2008, they have been Director of Engineering and Construction Management to Image Resource Group, Columbia, SC. In 2006, they became Chief Operating Officer at Platform, LLC. In May 2019, they were named Chief Operating Officer for Image Resource Group. In 2021, they became President of Environmental Graphic, Wayfinding, and Branding Design Firm, providing turnkey design and implementation services geared toward maintaining and promoting the brand for numerous clients across many industries.

C. Wayne Hance Jr. PE obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Civil Engineering from Clemson University between 1977 and 1981.
