Alessandro L Basso, PhD, MBA has a strong background in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on 3D Vision Systems. Currently, Alessandro works as a Senior Computer Vision & AI Engineer at iMAGE S S.p.A. Previously, Alessandro was the CEO & Co-founder of MecTho, where Alessandro L developed advanced classification systems using machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies. Alessandro has also held positions as an R&D Project Leader at Mechanica Group, a Senior Development Engineer & Project Manager at ISS srl, and a Researcher at Vision Bricks Lab at Politecnico di Milano. Alessandro holds multiple degrees including an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management, a European PhD in Mechanical Engineering, and a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
