Alena O’Hara

Alena O’Hara is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in performance marketing across renowned brands. Currently serving as the Sr Director of Performance Marketing at IMAGE Skincare since June 2025, O’Hara previously held senior roles as Executive Director of Brand and Performance Marketing at Anastasia Beverly Hills and Director of Digital Marketing at Huda Beauty. Prior roles include Performance Marketing at David Yurman, Media Director at Publicis Media, and various managerial positions in search engine marketing at firms such as iProspect, Generator Media + Analytics, House of Kaizen, and Acronym. O’Hara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Art History from Rutgers Business School, alongside degrees in Art History and Music Theory and Composition from Belarusian State University of Culture and Art and Molodechno Musical College, respectively.
