Kristen Connolly

Kristen Connolly has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kristen started their career at Verizon as an Administration Executive, where they handled consumer bill justification, technical support, and complaints. Kristen also collaborated with customer advocates of state and government agencies and resolved executive level appeals. After working at Verizon for eight years, they transitioned into the field of medical and cosmetic dermatology. At HLC Med, they served as a Clinic Manager and performed advanced laser and skincare treatments. Kristen was responsible for creating and delivering daily marketing programs and tracking sales results and client interest. Prior to that, they worked at The Ellerin Medical and Cosmetic Dermatology Center as a Medical Esthetician, where they performed various treatments and managed social media marketing and inventory. During this time, they gained expertise in using different laser technologies for the reduction of vascular irregularities and hyperpigmentation. In 2017, Kristen joined Private Labeled Skin Care as a Regional Account Manager. In this role, they managed and grew the Northern New England medical skincare territory through product education and brand marketing. Kristen exclusively created private label accounts for Board Certified Dermatologists and Plastic Surgeons and conducted advanced treatment demonstrations for office staff and medical professionals. Kristen's most recent role is as a Senior Business Development Manager at IMAGE Skincare.

Kristen Connolly attended the Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics from 2010 to 2011, where they pursued a degree in Medical Esthetics with a focus on Master Esthetics.
