Randi Shane

Randi Shane is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at IMAGE Skincare since March 2016, Randi has previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at the same company. Prior to this, Randi worked at Wells Fargo Bank from November 1991 to October 2015, where the role involved managing recruitment efforts in Florida. Randi's educational background includes studies in Music Therapy and Psychology at the University of Miami, where enrollment occurred from 1986 to 1991, and a high school diploma from Miami Sunset Senior High, obtained in 1986.
