Alana Owens

Alana Owens serves as the Director of Operations and Process Excellence at Image Solutions, Inc. since August 2012, where responsibilities include collaborating on corporate goals and leading the Process Excellence Department for custom apparel. Prior roles include Process Analyst at Kroger, where Alana contributed to process improvements through Six Sigma methodologies, and Assistant Operations Manager at Toyota Motor Sales USA, Inc., overseeing a large distribution facility and enhancing associate participation in process improvements. Alana's extensive experience at Toyota also encompasses positions in procurement, human resources, and customer relations. Alana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University, complemented by studies in Communications and Spanish.
