Emily Best

Emily Best has extensive experience in various roles focused on customer service and team management across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Process Excellence Specialist at Image Solutions, Inc. since June 2017, Emily has also held positions as an Account Manager and Account Coordinator within the same company. Previous experience includes serving as a Retail Business Manager at Benefit Cosmetics, where Emily led a team, developed sales strategies, and organized events. Earlier roles include a Customer Service Representative for L Brands, and various guest service positions at Gateway Film Center, where responsibilities included team leadership and customer engagement. Emily's experience also encompasses seasonal sales roles at Gap Inc. and Crate and Barrel, as well as instructing summer camp at Minds in Motion School. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from The Ohio State University, completed in 2013.
