Gina M Russo

Gina M Russo, CPA CGMA MBA, has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Gina M currently holds the position of Director of Corporate Accounting at ImageFIRST since 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Assistant Controller at Hajoca Corporation from 2020 to 2022, where they were responsible for various accounting practices and procedures. Gina also worked as the Finance Director at FXI in 2019 and held the role of Finance Director, Noble Metals & Clean Air Sectors at Johnson Matthey from 2013 to 2019. Gina M has also held positions such as Assistant Global Controller at Southco from 2010 to 2013, Controller - Americas & Director Global Financial Reporting at Houghton International from 2008 to 2010, and Financial Controller North America Chemicals & Specialty Silicate PQ Businesses at PQ Corporation from 2003 to 2008. Additionally, Gina has experience as a Treasurer/Controller at Zeolyst International, Vice President of Finance at Osage Industries Inc., and Adjunct Professor at Villanova University and Eastern University.

Gina M Russo, CPA CGMA MBA, obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and Finance from La Salle University in 1992. Gina M then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from Villanova University, which they completed in 2000. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Gina attended Bishop Kenrick High School. In terms of certifications, they became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 1994, and in 2012, they obtained the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designation. Gina M has also received additional certifications, including the Fundamentals of Integrated Reporting Certificate and the 2019-2020 Digital Mindset certificate, from the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants.
