Javier Olavarria

Javier Olavarria is an experienced professional in business development and finance, currently serving as Director Spain at Imagemaker since March 2021, where responsibilities include identifying and developing business opportunities and managing strategic partnerships for regional growth. Previously, Javier held the position of Key Account Manager at Scotiabank, focusing on customer acquisition and financial product structuring for large enterprises. Javier also has experience as a Currency Market Operator and Commercial Executive at Credicorp Capital, where client acquisition and financial derivatives structuring were key duties. As a co-founder of the app Moro.so, Javier contributed to the development of collection solutions. Additional experience includes a brief stint as a Marketing Assistant at Banco Bci and an operational role at Salcobrand. Javier holds a degree in Industrial Civil Engineering with a focus on finance from Universidad de los Andes and completed an Entrepreneurship Program at Babson College.
