Jeffrey Hoffman has over 20 years of experience in software development and engineering. Jeffrey began their career in 1995 as a Web Developer for TDS Telecommunications Corp., where they were responsible for developing Perl- and Java-based websites and intranets with a focus on content management. In 2000, they joined Sonic Foundry as a Web Developer and was responsible for performance, localization, content management and design on their ASP-based retail website, plus implementation of a secure dealer extranet. Jeffrey also did some SQL Server-based database design and administration. Later that year, they joined Emageon as a Technical Director and was a chief architect of their Java-based, FDA-regulated 3D medical image visualization and archiving system. Jeffrey led their development team through dozens of challenging releases and served as primary liaison between engineering, management, sales, and quality assurance.

In 2006, Jeffrey Hoffman co-founded Sharendipity and was the Technical Architect. Jeffrey was the chief architect of Sharendipity's high-performance Java-based server plus UI and framework designer for a Flash-based, object-oriented platform allowing non-programmers to create and share casual games. Responsibilities included client-server communication, virtual currencies and e-commerce, interface and website design, usability, security, extensibility, database design and administration, social network integration and viral marketing.

In 2009, Jeffrey Hoffman joined Alice.com as Vice President of Engineering and was a primary contributor to all aspects of Alice's Rails and Java-based e-commerce platform. Jeffrey influenced system architecture and design plus ensured the reliability, scalability and security of their products. Jeffrey also held the role of Senior Software Engineer.

In 2013, Jeffrey Hoffman joined SEGA Networks Inc. as Lead Software Engineer and was the technical leader of a distributed team of engineers and artists who built hit mobile games for iOS and Android. Responsibilities included client (Java, Unity, C#, C++) and server (Ruby on Rails, Java) development, game and interface design, server scalability and low-end device optimization, in-app purchases, database design and administration, analytics and SDK integration, localization, testing and support. Jeffrey was also a primary liaison to senior management, QA, support, community and marketing.

In 2016, Jeffrey Hoffman joined HealthMyne, Inc. as Vice President of Engineering and then as Director of Software Development. HealthMyne, Inc. is focused on delivering Quantitative Imaging Decision Support (QIDS) for Radiology and Oncology with expansion to other clinical specialties and non-US markets over time. Jeffrey's responsibilities included the company’s FDA-cleared software platform delivering image quantification, analytics and clinical information (EMR, RT, other data) into the primary workflow to drive clinical productivity, providing curated medical content, analysis and reporting to optimize clinical collaboration and enable precise patient management, and supporting data mining for clinical, translational and commercial research.

Most recently, in 2020, Jeffrey Hoffman joined ImageMover as Senior Vice President of Software Development and then Vice President of Software Development.

Jeffrey Hoffman earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Edgewood College in 2001.
