Alicia Kieffer has extensive experience in the dental industry, spanning over 17 years. alicia is currently the Senior Vice President of Practice Services at Imagen Dental Partners, where they have been working since 2022. Previously, they served as the Regional Chief Operating Officer at the same company from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, Alicia worked at Elite Dental Partners from 2016 to 2020, initially as the Regional Director of Operations and later as the Vice President of Operations Support. Before joining Elite Dental Partners, they operated their own consulting business, Kieffer Practice Management, from 2010 to 2016, providing practice management advice and solutions. Alicia began their dental career at Universal Dental in 2007 as an Office Manager, and prior to that, they worked in the Model Department at Ragle Dental Lab from 2004 to 2007.

Alicia Kieffer earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in biology and Spanish from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they studied from 2002 to 2007. alicia then pursued a Master's degree in Biochemistry at the Illinois Institute of Technology. Additionally, Alicia obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance in September 2022.
