Gretchen Smith

Gretchen Smith has a diverse work experience. Gretchen is currently working as a Benefits Coordinator at Imagen Dental Partners. Previously, they served as the PTA Treasurer at Roosevelt Alexander Elementary, where they efficiently managed a $90,000 budget and maintained accurate financial records. Before that, they worked as a Stay at Home Mom for over a decade. Prior to that, they were a Benefits & Workforce Analyst at Total Petrochemicals, where they provided strategic information on staffing levels through workforce analytics. Gretchen also worked as a Teaching & Research Assistant at the University of Houston, where they managed student issues, graded exams and papers, and taught public speaking to students.

Gretchen further enhanced their qualifications in the field of human resources when they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in November 2015. This certification was obtained through SHRM again, indicating their commitment to professional development in the HR field.
