David Starr is an experienced leader in the medical technology field, currently serving as the Director of Equipment & Installations at Imagen Technologies since November 2023. Prior to this role, David worked at ViewRay, Inc. as a Senior Customer Readiness Program Manager, facilitating the installation and commissioning of advanced MR-guided LINAC systems. David's career includes significant project management experience at Varian Medical Systems and IBA, where responsibilities ranged from guiding high-profile system implementations to developing strategies for particle therapy installations in North America. David's early career includes a 20-year tenure in the US Navy, culminating as Senior Chief Petty Officer, and technical roles in organizations such as Solectron Technology. David holds an M.B.A. from Valdosta State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Management Science from the University of South Carolina.
