Everson Ladson

Everson Ladson currently serves as the Head of Legal at Imagen Technologies and is a Tech GC Member at TechGC. Previously, Everson held the position of Counsel at Compass and worked as an Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, where expertise included advising multinational corporations, sovereign wealth funds, private equity funds, and real estate developers on complex commercial transactions. Early career experiences include a Summer Honors Internship at the US Securities and Exchange Commission and roles at JPMorgan Chase in Corporate Real Estate Finance and Corporate Planning & Analysis. Everson holds a Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School and a BBA in Finance from Howard University.
