Andrea Forino

Andrea Forino serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Imagenet since July 2025, where strategic HR initiatives are spearheaded to enhance organizational effectiveness and cultivate a high-performance culture. Previously, Andrea was the Head of Human Resources Consulting at Our CultureROCKS Consulting, specializing in innovative HR solutions focused on optimizing workplace culture. At Endeavor Schools, Andrea held the position of Executive Vice President Human Resources, leading the development of talent acquisition and retention strategies that resulted in significant growth. In the role of Vice President Human Resources at Woundtech, Andrea directed HR functions across multiple regions during a period of rapid growth. Andrea's earlier experience includes serving as Vice President Human Capital at Mission Health Communities, where a comprehensive overhaul of HR policies led to improved employee retention and care quality. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Emory University and a Doctor of Psychology in Organizational Psychology from Rutgers University Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology.
