Daniel Vilc

Daniel Vilc has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Daniel is currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at ISI - ImageSat International since August 2019. Prior to that, they worked at EY as a Senior Manager in the Advanced Security Center from September 2015 to July 2019. Before joining EY, they were a Senior Cyber Security Managing Expert at the Bank of Israel from November 2013 to August 2015. Daniel also worked at the National Information Security Authority (NISA) as a Senior Cyber Security Expert from May 2008 to October 2013.

Earlier in their career, they spent a significant amount of time at Amdocs in various roles, including as an Application Security and DRP Global Manager, Software Development Manager, and Senior Technology Leader. Daniel was responsible for security operations, development of security tools, disaster recovery planning, and managing technology teams.

Before joining Amdocs, Daniel co-founded and served as the CEO of Bits of Magic Ltd. Daniel also worked as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Sprint Computers Israel Ltd. and managed a computer store franchise operation at Bug Computers Ltd. Their career began at Tadiran, where they were part of a development team involved in hardware and software development for an ELINT system.

Daniel Vilc has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science & Management from Israel Open University. Daniel also holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration from Israel Open University. In addition, they have obtained certification as an Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate from Udemy in 2021.
