Kirsten Gilbert

Kirsten Gilbert has a strong background in business development and customer experience. Kirsten currently holds the position of Vice President, Americas at Imagesound Group, where they lead a team responsible for delivering customized music, digital signage, and media solutions to clients in various sectors. Prior to this role, they served as Senior Director of Customer Experience and Senior Director of Business Development at the same company. Before joining Imagesound Group, Kirsten worked as a Senior Director of Business Development at Musicstyling and as a Sales and Marketing Director at Gresso. Kirsten also has experience in sales support and special projects management, having held positions at Mela Artisans and The Brookings Institution. Throughout their career, Kirsten has demonstrated a passion for creating immersive and engaging customer experiences.

Kirsten Gilbert obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs and Anthropology from The George Washington University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. In 2012, they received a Salesforce Administrator certification from Salesforce.
