Debbie Horton

Debbie Horton has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Debbie started their career at Dollar Rent-a-Car, where they worked as the SeaTac Airport Manager from 1991 to 1994. Debbie then became the Regional Training Manager at Dollar Rent-a-Car from 1994 to 1996. In 2006, Debbie joined ImageSource, Inc. and took on the role of Corporate Communications Director. Their responsibilities included generating corporate communications, such as press releases and marketing collateral, and organizing marketing events. In 2012, Debbie transitioned to the role of Project Manager at ImageSource, where they played a key role in driving the successful delivery of projects by developing project plans, charters, and schedules. Debbie provided project management for the design, development, and implementation of new systems and process improvements in organizations.

Debbie Horton graduated from Decatur High School in 1987 with a High School Diploma in General Studies. Debbie went on to attend the University of Washington from 1989 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business, specializing in Marketing.

Debbie has also obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2014, they obtained the Certified Information Professional (CIP) certification from AIIM International and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2021, they became a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance.

Additionally, Debbie has pursued various technical professional certifications. Debbie completed the IBM Datacap Taskmaster Capture Practical Application Technical Professional v1 and the IBM Datacap Taskmaster Capture Product Fundamentals Technical Professional v1 certifications from IBM. Debbie also holds the Oracle Public Sector Industry Specialist certification from Oracle.
