Hui Hoang

Hui Hoang has a diverse work experience. They began working at 3M in 2009 as a Student Intern in the Electronics Markets Materials Division. Their role involved conducting experiments, maintaining data notebooks, and performing testing on environmental conditions. In 2015, Hui Hoang joined Microtrace LLC as an Undergraduate Student Researcher, where they worked on a team for a new product design project. They utilized multidisciplinary skills to address optical design issues, developed a graphical user interface, and created custom circuit boards. In 2016, Hui Hoang joined Baxter International Inc. as an R&D Software Engineer, focusing on Acute Therapies. They contributed to the development and delivery of software for Baxter's renal therapy devices, including leading a small team as team lead and scrum master. Currently, Hui Hoang is working as a Software Developer 2 at ImageTrend, starting in 2021.

Hui Hoang obtained an Engineer's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of St. Thomas, where they studied from 2011 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Hui has obtained several certifications, including Cultural Humility and Agility from LinkedIn, obtained in February 2023, React.js Essential Training from LinkedIn, obtained in August 2022, and Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences and Inclusive Mindset, both obtained in September 2021, also from LinkedIn.
