Jen Gates

Jen Gates has work experience primarily in the technology industry. Jen began their career in 2015 as a Service Desk Technician at Atomic Data, where they worked until 2017. In 2017, they joined ImageTrend as an Application Support Specialist 2, providing technical assistance to clients. Jen then transitioned to the role of Client Services Project Manager in 2018, where they managed projects for clients. Currently, they work as a Technical Project Manager at ImageTrend, starting in July 2022.

Jen Gates has a Master's Degree in Social Studies Teacher Education from the University of St. Thomas, which they obtained from 2012 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended Winona State University from 2005 to 2009 and earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History and Art History. In addition to their formal education, Jen has also obtained certifications in project management. Jen is a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from the Project Management Institute, which they achieved in May 2021, and a Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the same institution, which they earned in March 2020.
