Kelly Clarke has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kelly started their career at Mercy in 2006 as a Registration Specialist, where they registered incoming patients and maintained confidentiality. Kelly then moved on to become a Financial Counselor, responsible for ensuring patient understanding of financial policies and assistance options. As an Admitting Coordinator, they provided mentorship and guidance to admitting specialists and managed staff schedules.

Here, they provided technical support and collaborated with development teams to design effective data exchange solutions that complied with regulatory standards. Kelly also created and maintained documentation related to data reporting policies and procedures.

Most recently, Kelly became an Associate Product Manager at ImageTrend. In this role, they bring their understanding of the competitive landscape and technology trends to enhance product offerings. Kelly maintains relationships with clients to gather insights on customer needs and user experience. Kelly collaborates with the Software Development team to translate product strategies into software development priorities.
