Jay Lewis

Jay Lewis is the current Chief Financial Officer at ImageWare Systems. Prior to joining ImageWare, Jay was a Partner at Catapult CFO Partners from October 2009 to May 2011. Jay has over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting and has held various positions including Vice President/Finance and Treasurer at JONES INTERNATIONAL, LTD and Chief Financial Officer and Group Vice President at JONES MEDIA NETWORKS, LTD.

Some of Jay's significant accomplishments include crafting a business plan and developing a long-term financial model for an interactive multi-media video network and successfully designing and implementing new accounting and software systems for a skilled nursing facility. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Colorado.
