Sharmeen Merchant

Sharmeen Merchant is an experienced professional with a strong background in product development and teaching. From May 2021 to February 2023, Sharmeen served as the Product Development Manager at Walking Tree. Prior to this role, Sharmeen held the position of Jewelry Product Development Head at Imaginarium Jewel Tech from June 2017 to April 2021. Sharmeen's expertise in design education was demonstrated during tenure as a CAD Instructor (Rhino & Matrix) at the Indian Institute of Gems & Jewellery from November 2005 to April 2017. Earlier in Sharmeen's career, from June 2000 to October 2005, Sharmeen managed the CAD Department and worked as a Sales Representative at Sunjewels Private Limited. The foundation of Sharmeen's career was laid at St. Teresa Convent School - India, where Sharmeen worked as a Special Education Teacher from June 1996 to April 2000.
