Mike Slater

Mike Slater has a diverse work experience in the production and design industry. Mike started their career as an Art Director in South Africa, working on local and international films and advertisements. Mike then moved to The Imaginarium Film Production Co, where they worked as a Production Designer. After that, they joined Infocus Design Pty Ltd, where they started as a production support role and eventually became the Head of Production. In their role, they delivered multiple national and international strategic projects. Later, they joined Imagination as a Senior Producer, responsible for production, fabrication, and tour logistics for The Spirit of Anzac Centenary Experience. Mike then became an Executive Producer at Imagination, where they delivered a unique tailored event for Comm Bank, showcasing data collection and diagnostics in cricket. Currently, they work as a Production Director at Imagination.

Mike Slater attended the University of Kent from 1990 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual and Performing Arts. Earlier in their education, they also attended Morrisons Academy in Crieff, Scotland and St Andrews School in Blantyre, Malawi, but specific degree or field of study information is not available for these schools.
