Renaud Michel

Renaud Michel is an experienced professional in the fields of manufacturing management and operations, currently serving as Manufacturing Manager at CE+T Power since February 2023, overseeing production within the workshop for system production. Renaud has also held the position of General Manager at ELightS since January 2017, responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the company, alongside roles in quality management and marketing. Prior experience includes serving as Production and Purchasing Manager at CE+T Power during December 2016, overseeing customer orders, production, and delivery during ELightS' launch, and as R&D Engineer and Production and Purchasing Manager at CE+T Technics from March 2008 to November 2016, managing production teams and R&D projects in the field of safety lighting. Renaud holds a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Liège, earned between 2001 and 2007.
