Jason began their career as an Emergency Medical Technician at Greektown Casino, where they provided immediate medical treatment at accident scenes. Jason then worked as a motion designer at Ringside Creative, where they collaborated with clients on projects from concept to production. At iMBranded, they served as a Graphic Designer, creating visually engaging designs and working with corporate branding guidelines for major clients such as Ford and Audi.

Jason then transitioned to the technology and event production industry, joining Kinetic Creations as a Motion Graphic Designer. In this role, they conceptualized and executed live event presentations, utilizing various software and media servers. Jason later became the Senior Live Event Media Specialist, responsible for managing and delivering multimedia content during live events.

In 2011, Jason joined the US Army, where they served in various leadership roles over the span of 18 years. As the First Sergeant, they managed soldiers at both direct and organizational levels, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills. Jason also served as the State Equal Opportunity Advisor for the Army National Guard and as a Combat Medic.
