Imagine by Northpoint
At imagine by Northpoint, the same highly-acclaimed clinical treatment that Northpoint is known for within their recovery & mental health treatment programs, has been scaled down and adapted to the needs of an adolescent and teen population. Imagine by Northpoint offers a safe and therapeutic environment in which clients ages 12-17 can engage in extended outpatient treatment for mental health & behavioral health disorders and return to healthy, thriving lives. Day treatment programming includes group participation, schooling, individual sessions, case management, psychiatric care, nursing care, and family therapy. Treatment is delivered by an interdisciplinary team of NCQA credentialed providers who use evidence-based treatment and criteria. Individual, group and family-focused therapy sessions, onsite nursing care and crisis intervention are available for increased psychiatric symptoms, suicidal/homicidal ideation, and limited community resources. The PHP program is a maximum of 30 hours per week (5 days per week, 6 hours per day) and a full continuum of care is offered upon completion of the PHP program. Imagine by Northpoint believes that difficult roads can lead to amazing destinations and we are proud to be a part of that journey. Call today.
